Western Docks

Western Docks warrants any new dock or parts supplied for 3 years against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship when docks are properly maintained and under normal use. Components or options installed that carry their own manufacturer's warranty are excluded.

Techstar floats carry a 10 year manufactures warranty. Western Docks warrants docks built by Western Docks, all dock parts, Techstar floats or options solely to the original purchaser. We hand pick materials used but do not warrant against splitting, knots or slivers, ice damage, misuse, exposure to harmful chemicals, installation, anchors, chains, storm damage, discoloration of materials which are not defective but may wear during the warranty period.

Western docks shall not be liable for direct or indirect, incidental, punitive, consequential damages; injury to persons or animal due to installation and/or removal, use or misuse of product, loss of revenue, associated costs, shipping expenses or loss of equipment.

Western Docks is not liable for third party claims. This warranty is void when misuse or neglect is the cause of damage or defect, which shall be determined by Western Docks Inc. in its sole discretion.
